About the Copper Vastu Strip

This copper Vastu strip comes as a flexible coil that can be cut to the length you need. It can be fixed at a door threshold, concealed beneath tiles or flooring, or run along a zone boundary, without major structural changes.

The strip is copper as supplied; its purity and exact width and thickness are not specified, so please ask us if you need them.

Traditional significance

In modern Vastu practice, metal strips are used to mark or balance zones. Copper is one of the metal strips commonly suggested by Vastu consultants, and it is usually chosen according to the zone and element involved, so copper and brass are not treated as interchangeable.

Copper is also widely used in Indian pooja vessels and is traditionally seen as a clean, auspicious metal. These are traditional beliefs, not scientifically established effects.

Where to use it

Use it at entrances, under door frames, along a wall or floor line between zones, or as advised by your Vastu consultant for a particular direction. Placement is usually decided by a Vastu consultant based on your floor plan and the zone being addressed.

How to install the Copper Vastu Strip

1) Identify the zone with your Vastu consultant or a compass. 2) Clean the surface and keep it dry. 3) Measure the line and cut the strip with metal scissors or tin snips. 4) Place or fix the strip at the threshold or zone line, or lay it under the tile or flooring. 5) Keep it undisturbed once installed.

Care and patina

Keep the strip dry and wipe it with a soft cloth. Copper naturally darkens and may develop a patina over time, which is normal and does not affect use, especially when it is concealed under flooring.
