Description

Soft peach beads with a warm glow, broken up near the centre by deeper orange red carnelian. The peach stone is sunstone, a feldspar. This is the opaque grade, smooth with a soft waxy shine, so you won't see much of the glitter that clear, high grade sunstone shows. The carnelian is a translucent chalcedony, and if you hold one bead up to a window you'll see light pass through its edges.

At the centre sits a black onyx barrel engraved in gold with a bull's head and the word "Taurus". Vrishabh means bull, so the picture is the rashi itself. Smooth gold-tone spacers sit just beyond the four carnelian beads on both sides.
